Greetings, gamers, cosplayers, and creators! We are looking to expand our convention programming and bring in fresh, exciting topics for attendees of all interests. Nuke-Con isn’t just about rolling dice—it’s a celebration of geek culture, creativity, and community! Whether you’re a veteran cosplayer wanting to teach a prop-building tutorial or lead a panel on costume design, a game master sharing worldbuilding secrets, a content creator, or just a fan eager to dive into a specific corner of gaming, we want to give you the room to share your passion. We welcome panel proposals across any gaming subject in general—from retro video games and niche tabletop systems to hobby crafting, lore deep-dives, and cosplay workshops.
Submission Guidelines & Details To submit a panel proposal, please send an email directly to Panel Room Coordinator David Moore at dave@nuke-con.com
With the following details: Panel Title: Short Summary: (A few sentences outlining your topic, workshop, or discussion and what attendees can expect) Presenter(s): Name(s) and a brief bio/introduction for everyone presenting Category & Target Audience: (e.g., Cosplay Tutorial, Tabletop Gaming, General Discussion, 18+, Game Masters, Beginners, etc.) Tech & Space Needs: (e.g., Projector/screen, microphones, whiteboard, extra open space for cosplay demos) Availability: Any preferred days, times, or scheduling constraints during the convention weekend
A Note on Panel Timing Standard panel slots are scheduled for 50 minutes to allow for Q&A, audience discussion, and a smooth transition between sessions. If your tutorial or topic requires an extended time slot, please mention that in your request so we can discuss options upon review. Space in the panel room is limited, so get your proposals in early!
If you have any questions before submitting, don’t hesitate to reach out to Dave at dave@nuke-con.com. We can’t wait to see what awesome ideas and creative panels you bring to the convention floor this year!
