With the upcoming Heroscape Tournament at Nuke-Con this year, I’m pretty excited about all the various prizes we have on hand already, as well as the prizes that will be arriving between now and the con. In particular, I’m really excited about the new heroes that can be won at the tournament. For instance, “Taelord the Kyrie Warrior” just arrived in my mailbox over the weekend. Some
of you “original fans” (like myself) may recall the name “Taelord” as he’s a classic Kyrie Warrior from the original series. He was in my army for many a battle over the years.
Well, Taelord has returned as a tournament prize hero, with an updated look & pose, a new flaming sword and updated stats and info:
“The deadly reputation Taelord earned in gladiatorial combat served him well as the relentless commander of Utgar’s legions, inspiring troops to fight the newfound brutality. Now, with Utgar overthrown, Taelord continues his onslaught in the name of his daughter Loviatäk.
